About Aditi Saxena, DDS

Aditi Saxena, DDS, is a skilled general dentist at Austin Advanced Dentistry in Austin, Texas. 

Dr. Saxena graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2012. She practiced in South Dakota as a sole practitioner in the community-based clinic for about four years while serving as an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Outreach Dental Education at the University of Minnesota's School of Dentistry. 

Relocating to Texas, Dr. Saxena has successfully owned and operated her dental clinic in Killeen, Texas, for over five years. House of Smiles is a leading Dental Clinic in the Killeen area.

Besides performing all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Saxena is an accomplished Cosmetic Dentist. She has completed several Invisalign cases and is a leading provider of Invisalign. She has done several cases of implants over the years and has a certificate in providing orthodontic braces. She has honed these skills at House of Smiles and through numerous continuing education courses.

Dr. Saxena is passionate about continuing education and technological advancements to provide the best care for her patients. Her skill set over the years has only grown due to her commitment to continuing education and utmost respect for her patients. She firmly believes in preventative dentistry and the adage: "Prevention is better than Cure!" She is passionate about her Patients' Comprehensive Oral Health and Hygiene and always encourages her patients to keep their teeth healthy, which can avoid extensive treatments for them!

Dr. Saxena is an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Central Texas Dental Society and is on track to finish her FAGD program.

When not treating patients, Dr. Saxena enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing with her dogs. She currently lives in Roundrock with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
